Program Instructions

Complete application and submit required documentation (low-income documentation and proof of rabies vaccine). All documentation can be emailed to us at alteredtailsproject@gmail.com
If application is approved, our organization will reach out to receive payment via CashApp, PayPal, Venmo or another mutually agreed upon method.
Once payment is received, you will be contacted within 5-7 business days by our organization to schedule your animal’s surgery.
